Privacy Policy
This site, whenpigsflybrand.com, is run by MULTISIA LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company that sells When Pigs Fly products in the United States ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect here, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Your email address, only if you type it into the free challenges form.
- Anonymous visit statistics: pages viewed, the site that sent you, country and device type, counted in total. We use a cookie-free analytics tool, so we don't set cookies or follow you around other sites.
- Ad measurement data, only on our landing page for ads (whenpigsflybrand.com/challenge): the Meta Pixel records that a browser visited the page, clicked through to a store or signed up, so we can see which ads work. Meta may link this to your Facebook or Instagram account under its own policies.
- Anything you write to us at contact@whenpigsflybrand.com.
We don't sell anything on this site and we never see your payment details. Purchases happen on TikTok Shop or Amazon, under their own privacy policies.
Why we use it
- To email you the printable challenges you asked for, and then occasional emails with new challenges, budgeting ideas and news about our products. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- To answer your messages.
- To understand, in total, which pages are useful so we can improve the site.
- To measure our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads and show them to people likely to be interested.
Who else handles it
Your email address is stored by the email service we use to send our emails, which acts on our behalf and can't use it for anything else. Our site is hosted by a web hosting provider that processes standard technical data (like IP addresses) to deliver the pages. On our landing page for ads, the Meta Pixel sends Meta the visit data described above. Under some US state laws (such as California’s) this counts as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We don’t sell your information, and we never give your email address to advertisers. You can opt out below.
Our team and the services we use may store or access your information outside the United States, including in the European Union.
Your privacy choices
To opt out of ad measurement on this site, press the button below: we won’t load the Meta Pixel in this browser again. We also respect Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends it, the pixel never loads. You can also manage ads in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep emails you send us for as long as we need them to help you, and then delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email. Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it: write to contact@whenpigsflybrand.com and we'll answer within 30 days. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have these rights by law; we give them to everyone. We will never treat you differently for using them.
Children
This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, write to us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the change is important, we'll tell subscribers by email.
