Exchange and Return Policy

At When Pigs Fly, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your savings account, you can return or exchange it following the conditions detailed below:

1. Deadline for Returns and Exchanges

  • You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return or exchange, as established by the regulations of electronic commerce in Spain.

2. Conditions for Returns

In order for us to accept the return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.
  • Keep the original packaging and all included accessories (if applicable).
  • Include the proof of purchase or order number.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

No returns will be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products customized or designed specifically according to your instructions.
  • Products damaged by misuse or inadequate care after delivery.

4. Procedure for Requesting a Refund or Exchange

  1. Send us an email to devoluciones@whenpigsfly.es with the following information:
    • Order number.
    • Reason for return or exchange.
    • (If applicable) Photos showing the condition of the product.
  2. We will respond within a maximum of 48 business hours with the necessary instructions.

5. Return Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective product or incorrect shipment), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the reason is personal (change of mind, it's not what you expected, etc.), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and review the product, we will notify you by email.
  • If the return is approved, we will issue the refund within 5-7 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

7. Product Changes

  • If you wish to exchange your product for another model or design, follow the same procedure as for returns.
  • The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange, except in cases of errors on our part.
